My first bad experience at this store, but bad enough I won't be back. Bought a pack of fuses this afternoon that were the wrong size so tan back to exchange them. I did not have a receipt but that had never been an issue before if you just want an exchange. I gave the wrong fuses to the counter help and found the right ones, he told me that the manager, who I had just bought them from not ten minutes ago, did that some they were opened and I didn't have a receipt they would not exchange them for the right ones. I told the him that they had open ones on the rack that were just stapled shut so what was the difference? He said, and I quote "the manager has spoken". I have never encountered a store that would not give you an exchange on merchandise. I do quite a bit of my own car service work but I will never spend another dime at this store and I will make sure to tell anyone I know what kind of experience I had there. You just lost a customer over a 5 dollar exchange. Feedback: Given me my exchange. And the manager could have spoken to me herself.
